Night entrance: simply follow the pavement to the left of the hotel 50 meters uphill (do not enter the restaurant terrace, go a little further uphill) until you come to the large entrance door directly on the right. The card sensor is located to the left of the door. Hold your room card up to the blue light to open the door.
In Collalbo there is a social care centre where there is always at least one family doctor on duty. For detailed information, please contact reception directly.
There is a small pharmacy in the village centre of Soprabolzano and a pharmacy in the village centre of Collalbo.
Dogs are very welcome here. In order to guarantee all guests a hygienic room, we charge a fee of € 10 per dog for stays of up to two nights or € 25 per dog for stays of 3 nights or more. We ask you to bring your own dog basket or dog blanket.
Please let us know in good time if you would like to bring your dog to the table. In this case, we will set a table for you in our veranda.
We have set up an info point for you on the 1st floor in front of room no. 3 with all kinds of information material, maps and event information. We are happy to provide additional information at reception.
On the ground floor, to the right after the lift, you will find our new living room. A place where you can sit together in a cosy atmosphere.
You will also find board games, darts, a TV, a comfortable couch and a selection of books to browse through.
There is a safe in every hotel room for storing your valuables. You will find the key at reception. We take no responsibility for items not stored in the safe.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building, including in the rooms.
